| WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO? |
We commit that a minimum of 80% of all donations goes directly to cancer research programs.
But, we strive to do better...
In 2006, we were able to grant 90% of all donations received to cancer research and we are projected to have even better donation success in 2007 (our 2007 financials should be posted within the first quarter).
Our commitment to you is that we will keep our expenses as low as possible so that your donation can go where you really want it to... cancer research.

| WHO DOES THE CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION HELP? |
In 2008, your donations will benefit the innovative research programs at Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center. Each recipient is a top institute on the cutting edge of cancer research. We consciously support diverse and innovative centers in the expectation that each institute will find a different piece to the puzzle and that, together, will find a cure or cures to the over 200 types of cancer.

| WHY SUPPORT CANCER RESEARCH? |
Patient care and treatment is vitally important to the individuals (young and old) currently affected by cancer and, luckily, there are many wonderful organizations out there for just that purpose. However, the only way to keep another 13 million people from being affected by cancer over the next 10 years is to find a cure and a cure will only come from innovative research and study… this is where the Cancer Research Foundation is helping.
Currently, the federal government has been stretched thin between economic struggles and natural disasters and has been forced to curtail its medical research funding (with cancer research taking the largest cut among all areas of the National Institutes of Health); in addition, the philanthropy community, although extremely generous, often overlooks the colder face of research in favor of easing the heart wrenching pain of a victim. As cold as research may seem, it is the only road to a cure… and it desperately needs our help.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
|
Although the Cancer Research Foundation depends upon every form of donation, we pride ourselves on the innovative programs, above and beyond fiscal fundraising, that allow businesses and individuals to donate to cancer research without taking any money out of their own pocket. Some of these venues include
CharityMall.com (an online shopping mall where the merchants make a donation every time you shop), laptop or equipment donations, cell phone donations, video game donations, and more. This philosophy allows people (no matter their financial state) to contribute to a cure.
